Corn, cucumbers, and peppers at Father Earth Organic Farm

Hello Everyone,

As we say goodbye to 2012, I am so looking forward to what the 2013 season has in store for us. I can feel the days getting longer, and that in itself seems to open up the possibilities for new growth.

Along with help from many friends of the farm, the greenhouse is finally functional and I have started several vegetables growing inside. It's nice to see little plants popping up out of the ground in January. This addition to the farm will expand the growing possibilities and hopefully provide earlier produce for CSA members and the markets. Besides growing produce, I will also be growing more starter plants for those who may want to get their own garden planted. If you have suggestions for plants you would like to have started for your garden, or produce you would like to have in your shares, send me an email or call to let me know.

Father Earth Organic Farm is a small family farm in east Boulder County, Colorado that provides quality, locally grown, organic vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs. We sell our produce to individuals and families through our CSA program, the Broomfield Farmers Market and the Louisville Farmers Market.

We have a volunteer program that allows volunteers to trade work hours for produce.
